Advance Differential Gear Backlash Measurement Sensor System.

Image
In today’s generation everyone loves speed power and torque, especially when it comes to the heavy duty vehicle the power and torque is most important factor which costumer demands. But this power and torque can’t be permanent in the heavy duty vehicle, as they are subjected to the heavy load application, the transmission losses starts in the early years, and these transmission losses leads to wear and tear in other mechanical component. So to avoid these failures something has to be done for better interaction between the component and the user. These transmission losses usually start with the removal of material from the gear teeth or the differential gear. So keep the record of removal of material from transmission something has to be done, and we come up with the solution for this problem. We have made the sensor attached along with the gear and the differential gear that keep the record on the removal of material. This system allows the user to understand when to change the transm...

DEVELOPMENT OF VAPOR ABSORPTION REFRIGERATION SYSTEM IN AUTOMOTIVE TRUCKS FOR COLD STORAGE - Y. Lethwala

Image
In general vapor compression refrigeration (VCR) system there are several drawbacks which we are resolving by developed vapor absorption refrigeration (VAR) system. This developed vapor absorption refrigeration system is for automotive truck cold storage. This document gives information about how much important is waste heat and using this we can develop a refrigerant system without taking input from battery, also design is developed based on vapor absorption refrigeration system which demands for future. This system is works on exhaust gas of vehicle. It can reduce the temperature of cold storage up to -11˚c compare to VCR system which can reduce temperature up to - 1˚c. Fig. VAR system truck chassis connect with exhaust manifold Vapor Absorption Refrigeration system is more effective than Vapor Compression Refrigeration system because it decreases temperature till -11 ֯C and also we eliminate use of Highway Cold Storage. Because of this we developed this System. The heat load on ...

Engine Performance Simulation Using Ricardo WAVE for GTDI Optimization. - Y. Lethwala

Image
This blog is to simulation software platform, RICARDO WAVE as used to simulate GTDI engine with the intention of maximizing the engines efficiency and minimizing the emission. In this paper using actual parameter and specification of the 3 cylinder SI engine with the prospect of allowing optimum engine to be built and tested in real world conditions without the need for multiple expensive prototypes and long delays.

Study of Nox Treatment with Selective Catalytic Reduction and Diesel Exhaust Fluid with Emphasis on Importance of Mixer in Flow. - Y. Lethwala

https://link.springer.com/chapter/10.1007/978-981-15-3631-1_5 This blog deals with chemical reactions of nitrogen oxide formation at higher temperatures, when the stable nitrogen disintegrates and forms unstable compounds. It discusses the effect of the unstable nitrogen compounds on human health and environment. To meet Bharat Stage VI norms, which will be implemented in the year 2020, NOx reduction techniques such as alteration in engine operation, changes in engine design, alteration in fuel, after treatment of exhaust have been discussed. Focus on after treatment of exhaust gas, by use of selective catalytic reduction, with problems of urea decomposition, and the effect of further higher temperature on urea was given. Properties of diesel exhaust fluid and factors affecting NOX reduction such as droplet size, droplet behaviour, urea decomposition, urea deposits, injector positions, vaporization rate, and mixer designs are also discussed. Test method to obtain the best dynamic or st...
